Welcome to the Something Borrowed Room at Ivory Belle Events! My elegant, budget-friendly decor makes your Utah wedding or event unforgettable. For just $300, access my entire collection of over 200 pieces, from soft pink chiffon runners to votives and gold lamps. These clear terms ensure a seamless, DIY-friendly rental experience. Rental Pricing

  • All Decor Access ($300): Full access to my entire inventory.

    • Value: ~$1,200, savings: ~75%.

    • Included in Packages: Wedding Aesthetic Package ($1,000, full access)

    • Add-On Fee: $300 (full access).

Rental Process

  • Browse Catalog: Explore my collection, and select decor matching your vision.

  • Optional Consultation: Book a free consultation for personalized guidance or to finalize selections.

  • Submit Selections: Email your decor choices to Kenley@ivorybelle-events.com. I’ll confirm availability and provide a rental agreement.

  • Confirm Booking: Sign the agreement and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit ($150) to secure your rental. Pay the remaining $150 at least 7 days before your event.

  • Receive and Return: Pick up in Riverton, UT, or choose delivery. Return items within 3 days post-event (e.g., Friday pickup/delivery, Monday return).

Rental Period

  • Duration: Standard rental is 3 days (e.g., Friday pickup/delivery, Monday return).

  • Extensions: $25/day, subject to availability. Request at least 7 days prior via Kenley@ivorybelle-events.com.

  • Late Returns: $25/day late fee per item category (e.g., runners, votives).

Delivery and Pickup

  • Pickup: Free at Riverton, UT (address provided upon booking). Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.

  • Delivery: $25 within 25 miles of Riverton (free for service packages/add-ons). An additional $1/mile beyond 25 miles.

    • Return pickup included in delivery fee; client ensures items are packed and ready.

Damage and Loss Fees

  • Damage Fees: Charged for loss, stains, or irreparable damage. Examples:

    • Candles: $3 each

    • Votives: $8 each

    • Runners/Tablecloths: $8 each

    • Bud Vases: $5 each

    • Candle Holders: $15 each

    • Lamps: $25 each

    • Other Items (e.g., frames, easels, pampas): $5–$30 based on item value

  • Process: Items inspected within 48 hours post-return. Clients notified of fees via email with photos of damage. Fees due within 7 days.

  • Care Instructions:

    • Candles/Votives: Use flameless candles near textiles; no open flames.

    • Textiles: Return clean; minor stains covered by rental fee, major stains incur fees.

    • Lamps: Return with chargers/cubes, fully functional.

    • All Items: Handle with care to avoid scratches, breaks, or stains.

Custom Sourcing

  • Process: Need a unique item? I’ll suggest alternatives from my inventory or source it for you.

  • Requirements: Submit requests at least 14 days before the event to Kenley@ivorybelle-events.com. Approval and pricing provided within 48 hours.

  • Payment: Sourcing fee due with final rental payment (7 days before event).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation:

    • 30+ days before event: 50% deposit ($150) forfeited.

    • <30 days: Full payment ($300) forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling allowed (subject to availability). $25 fee if <14 days’ notice.

  • Process: Notify via Kenley@ivorybelle-events.com. Refunds processed within 7 days, if applicable.

Client Responsibilities

  • Safe Use: Clients must handle decor safely and follow care instructions to avoid damage fees.

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, packed securely for pickup or delivery return.

  • Liability: Ivory Belle Events is not liable for injuries or damages from improper use. Clients assume responsibility during the rental period.
